Specialist for Asset Management in Copenhagen

Join us in supporting our fantastic Sales and Asset Management teams in Luxembourg and Copenhagen!

Are you interested in making a difference in the financial world? Do you have a likable and service-minded attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile—together with us? We invite you to become a valued member of the RfP (Request for Proposal) and Client Intelligence team at Nykredit Asset Management (NAM).

As part of our team, you’ll play a vital role in helping us respond to RFPs and DDQs (Due Diligence Questionnaires) at a high level of quality. We work smart and leverage from digital tools - including AI as an integrated part of our workflow - to increase quality and efficiency. Our team values a great working atmosphere, collaboration, open-mindedness, and the ability to take responsibility and work independently.

Who we are and what we do
Our mission is to deeply understand the aspirations of our institutional client base in our target markets. The primary task is supporting the International and Nordic institutional sales teams in getting even closer to both existing and potential clients. You will take part in a wide range of interesting tasks, such as:

  • Help institutional clients understand our firm, values, and investment strategies by crafting high-quality responses to RFPs, DDQs, and other questionnaires in close collaboration with sales directors, client managers and portfolio managers.
  • Develop solid knowledge of our business and investment processes, and ensure our proposals stand out in a competitive market.
  • Support ad-hoc economic/financial research and assist in positioning campaigns for new clients.
  • Conduct competitive analyses to support our sales efforts and strategic decisions.

Your Role
As our newest team member, you will help strengthen our Institutional Sales and Client Management teams by providing insight into the institutional market and ensuring our messaging resonates with our clients.

You will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities and autonomy, gaining deep insight into how a focused asset management business operates.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Crafting high-quality responses to RFPs, DDQs, and other client questionnaires.
  • Maintaining and updating institutional databases and content libraries.
  • Analyzing funds and preparing presentations to support our sales teams.
  • Increasing the visibility of our strategies through digital campaigns.
  • Supporting ad hoc tasks, including data updates and minor analysis.
  • Actively exploring the use of AI tools to improve efficiency and quality in our processes.

Who are you?
You’ve ideally recently completed a master’s degree (e.g. Cand. polit.) and bring a team-oriented, service-minded approach with a solid sense of accountability. We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Empathetic, collaborative, and curious.
    Detail-oriented and analytical.
  • Capable of working independently and taking responsibility.
  • Proactive, with a positive outlook and a structured mindset.
  • Skilled in communication, with proficiency in both Danish and English (especially in writing).

You don’t need to have it all from day one. If you bring the right mindset and drive, we’ll support you in growing into the role.

Why join Us?
At NAM, we offer more than just a job. You’ll become part of a team that values openness, responsibility, and a shared commitment to delivering excellence. We support your development, encourage autonomy, and foster an inclusive and supportive atmosphere where everyone can thrive.
