SPARINVEST SEEKS DANISH-SPEAKING SENIOR COMPLIANCE OFFICER

We are looking for an analytical and committed Senior Compliance Officer for our Compliance department in Luxembourg.

Sparinvest S.A. is a Super Management Company in Luxembourg with a branch in Denmark. Sparinvest S.A. has Luxembourg and Danish UCITS and AIF under management.

Join us at Sparinvest and be part of the next chapter in our success story. As a Senior Compliance Officer, you will play a key role in providing regulatory and governance support, tackling complex compliance matters, spanning both UCITS and alternative investment areas.

Your main tasks

• Collaborate  with the Chief Compliance Officer in implementing the compliance program, aligning with regulations, business needs, and risk assessments.
• Advise and assist internal stakeholders on complex compliance matters in Luxembourg and Denmark.
• Identify, escalate, and monitor compliance risks.
• Enhance and update compliance policies and procedures.
• Prepare compliance reports for committees, Boards, auditors, and regulators.
• Based in Luxembourg with regular travel to Denmark.

About you

• Experience in a similar role within a Management Company/AIFM or re-gulated entity - and preferably a Master’s degree in Law.
• Fluency in English and Danish.
• Solution-oriented, curious, and a solid understanding of the asset management industry.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for interpreting and presenting regulatory and compliance matters.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and goal-driven mindset.
